Torrent Archive

Torrent Archive toolbar

  • Help: Click to go to the help page on Torrent Archive (see above).
  • Share all torrents: Check or uncheck this box to share all torrents with other BitComet users or not.
  • Filter: Search certain torrents with keywords. Multi-keywords supported; separate each keyword with spaces.
  • Category: BitComet automatically adds tags to each torrent and here you can view the torrents by category.

Torrent Archive TitleBar

  • Share: Checked/unchecked means the torrent will be shared with other BitComet users or not.
  • Title: The torrent name.
  • Size: Torrent size.
  • Downloaded or not: 【Icons will change to the first icon of the list below, if the user manually deletes the .torrent file.】
    • Image:Icon_201.PNG : The .torrent file is not downloaded.
    • Image:Icon_202.PNG : The .torrent file is being downloaded.
    • Image:Icon_203.PNG : The .torrent file has been downloaded but the task is not finished yet.
    • Image:Icon_204.PNG : The .torrent file has been downloaded and the task is finished.
  • Comment: Comments on the torrent shared by other BitComet users. Hold the mouse pointer over the icon to see the number of comments. Click the icon and you will be redirected to the comments webpage.
  • Snapshot: Snapshot of the torrent shared by BitComet Users. Hold the mouse pointer over the icon to see the number of snapshots and click the icon; you will be redirected to the snapshot webpage.
  • Score: Scores that BitComet users gave to the torrent. Hold the mouse pointer over the icon to see the number of the score. Click the icon and you will be redirected to the comments webpage.
  • Health: Content distribution on the Internet. The higher the health value means the more valid the torrent is.
  • Publish Date: Time when torrent file was published.

Torrent Archive - Right-click Menu on Titlebar

Right click in the torrent Archive titlebar and choose columns to show/hide.

Select a torrent and right-click:

  • Share: Share this file with other BitComet users.
  • Unshare (U): The torrent will not be shared with other BitComet users. Only available when the torrent has the shared status.
  • Remove: Remove torrent from Torrent Archive list. 【Shortkey: DELETE】
  • View the Task (T): Jump to task list to view the selected torrent. If task is not added yet, there will be a warning dialog to remind you of this. 【Shortcut: Double click the torrent title】
  • View download folder (V): Open the directory where the downloaded files of the torrent reside.
  • Save Torrent as...: Save the .torrent file to an appointed destination.
  • Copy BC Link: Copy BC link to clipboard.
  • Help (H): Help link of Torrent Archive (see above).
  • Property: Pop-up properties dialog will appear.

Torrent Collection toolbar

  • Help: Help link of Torrent Collection (see above).
  • Filter: Search wanted torrent in the share list by other BitComet users. Supports multiple keywords; separate each keyword by space.
  • Auto Refresh: Check this box and torrent collection list will keep to the updated automatically. Otherwise you will be able to view the updated torrent collection list only after reopening it.
  • Category: BitComet automatically adds tags to each torrent and here you can view the torrents by category.

Torrent Collection TitleBar

  • Downloaded: Blue check mark means the torrent is downloaded and listed in "Torrent Archive".
  • Title: Torrent name.
  • Size: Total size of files contained in the torrent.
  • Comment: Comments on the torrent shared by other BitComet users. Hold your mouse pointer over the icon to see the number of comments. Click the icon and you will be redirected to the comments webpage.
  • Snapshot: Snapshot of the torrent shared by BitComet Users. Hold your mouse pointer over the icon to see the number of snapshots and click the icon; you will be redirected to the snapshot webpage.
  • Score: Scores that BitComet users gave to the torrent. Hold your mouse pointer over the icon to see the number of the score. Click the icon and you will be redirected to the comments webpage.

Right-click Menu on Titlebar - Torrent Collection

Right-click on the titlebar of Torrent Collection and choose columns to show/hide.

Select a torrent and right-click:

  • Download: Download the torrent selected. Becomes grayed if the torrent has been downloaded.【Shortkey: Double-click the torrent title】
  • Copy Title: Copies the torrent title to clipboard.
  • Copy BC link (Ctrl+C): Copy BC link of the selected torrent to clipboard.
  • Hide this: Hides the selected torrent and will not show later. 【Shortkey: DELETE】
  • Unhide all: Recovers all hidden torrent. Recovered torrents will be listed at the bottom of the list.
  • Clear All: Clears the torrent collection list. Please note that this operation can not be reversed, please take care when using.
  • Help: Help link to the help webpage for torrent collection.
