Uninstall BitComet

If you want to remove BitComet from your computer, please follow the following instructions.

1. Uninstalling BitComet Setup package

• Please close your browsers first, or you will need to reboot to make the changes active.

Step 1 - Choose "Add or Remove Programs" in the "Windows Control Panel".

Step 2 - Find BitComet, and click "Change/Remove"

Step 3 - The Uninstall Wizard appears, follow the instructions.

Step 4 - Uninstallation complete

The following snapshot indicates that Bitcomet has been successfully uninstalled from your computer.

Note：When uninstallation has completed, there still remain some document files under the installation folder. 

If you do not manually delete these files, the settings files within, will be kept until the next time you reinstall Bitcomet.

2. Uninstall non-installation BitComet Version

Deleting the Zip package directly, will remove the non-installation Bitcomet form your computer.
